ZL series automatic cleaning water filter (electric filter screen) is the most advanced water filtering device in China at present.   I. Structure and Working Principle

  ZL series automatic cleaning water filter (electric filter screen) is composed of electric device, inner and outer cylinders, filter screen core, backwashing platen arm, etc. The inner and outer cylinders form isolated inlet and outlet flow channels, and the filter screen body is composed of multiple filter screen cores according to the caliber. The filter screen core is made of stainless steel wire with ladder section. During normal operation, unfiltered water is diverted by the inlet diverter plate, enters the filter screen body from the upper and lower sides for filtration, and then flows to the outlet. When backwashing, the timer or differential pressure controller on the panel reaches the set value, and the electric actuator is started. The backwashing platen arm rotates to block the upper and lower inlets of the filter screen core one by one, and at the same time, the drain valve is opened. Because the pressure of the drain outlet is lower than that of the water outlet, the filtered clean water flows back into the filter screen core, forming a high-speed reverse flow through the filter screen to backwash the garbage accumulated on the filter screen core, and the sewage mixed with garbage is discharged through the drain pipe. The backwashing platen arm rotates once to complete a backwashing process.
