Working Principle of Condenser Tube Cleaning System

     The working principle of the condener tube cleaning system : According to the diameter of the cooling pipe, different specifications of rubber balls are adopted.The rubber ball is put into the system from Ball Collector. The rubber ball is pumped into the cooling water inlet pipe by a ball recirculating pump.Rubber balls flow into condenser water chamber with water,The diffused rubber balls are evenly distributed into the cooling tube,Rubber balls are squeezed,pass and scrub the pipe.Take away the dirt attached to the inner wall of the pipe,diffused into the water stream.The ball strainer on the outlet section of the condenser recovers the rubber balls in the water flow and sucks them out by the Ball recirculating pump and feeds them into ball collector.So repetitive. According to the length of pipeline path, the time for rubber ball to complete a cycle cleaning is about 20-40 seconds,The number of rubber balls put in is about 10% of the total number of single flow tubes on one side. When the equipment runs for 60 minutes, the total number of tubes can be cleaned more than 10 times each.
