Introduction of debris filter

    The debris filter screen is used to clean the dirt in the circulating water and protect the water chamber of the condenser,ensure that the rubber ball is put into normal operation,it is a necessary filtration device to improve the recovery of rubber ball.

 EQF model

   1.The filter element of EW filter screen is made of stainless steel with framework support inside,it has enough strength, the eyelet is even and smooth, and the installation form is angle type.Butterfly plate is used at the inlet of filter screen to change the flow direction,realize swirling blowdown and smooth blowdown.

   2. EF debris filter screen is designed with front rectifier.The filter element is a streamlined stainless steel square structure,the resistance of water is small.Generally vertical or horizontal installation,the main function of front rectifier is to rectify.At the same time, it also has the functions of automatic back washing and scraper blowdown,strong blowdown capacity, no need to shut down for cleaning.

   Because of its unique rectifying function, EF secondary filter screen balances the flow velocity, and significantly eliminates the vortex and secondary backflow of water entering the water chamber.Therefore, the flow of water into each heat exchange tube of the whole end plate is more uniform. At the same time, it also makes the rubber ball spread evenly, improves the ball collection rate, reduces the end difference, and improves the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser.

   3.The installation form of EQF secondary filter screen is angle type, and the main body shape is spherical. Its internal structure is basically the same as EF type secondary filter screen, which is generally selected when the vertical installation space is insufficient.
